Expert Tip: Road & Weather
The road to Huser is winding and unpaved; do not attempt to drive a low car. Also, the moment the sun sets, it gets very cold (even in summer!). Definitely bring a warm jacket or fleece.

Huser Plateau, at an altitude of 2400m, is Rize's most iconic spot with its white sea of clouds laid under your feet and unique sunset views. This is where those famous "swing above the clouds" photos are taken.

When to Go?

Tours usually depart from Ayder around 16:00, and return after sunset. The best months to catch the sea of clouds are July and August.

Transportation

The road is not suitable for standard sedan cars. It is highly recommended to use the off-road shuttles departing from Ayder center.
