When you enter the Cat Valley road leaving Firtina Valley, the most intense shades of green welcome you. Elevit Highland, one of the most popular and aesthetic stops of this valley, is established at an altitude of 1884 meters. The stream passing right through the middle of the highland and the wooden bridge over it have become the symbol of Elevit.
Elevit is not just a tourist spot, but also a lively settlement where animal husbandry and highland life continue actively. It is especially famous for the highland festivals (Vartovor) held in August.
It takes about 1-1.5 hours from Camlihemsin center. The road up to Cat Village is generally comfortable, but the part after Cat is a stabilized dirt road. In summer, standard cars can go carefully, but high-clearance vehicles (SUV) provide a more comfortable journey.
